In 2005, one of our church members attended a Van Gogh exhibit at the High Museum, and saw these banners available for purchase. She graciously bought two of them and donated them for use in our sanctuary. The colors go beautifully with our stained-glass Rose Window, and are appropriate for the liturgical color of Ordinary Time, which is green.These enhancements to our worship experience inspired a small group of us to form a Liturgical Arts Team (L'Art) and to create additional sacred art.
